Return and Refund Policy

At Beneath The Bar, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our performance gear and hygiene-related items, all sales are final.

We only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and photos clearly showing the damage

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Once approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Opened or used items

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but claimed as lost or stolen
